Refund Policy

At Destiny Connections LLC, we are committed to delivering high-impact experiences, tools, and services that align with your personal, spiritual, and leadership journey. We strive for excellence in everything we offer and want you to feel confident in your decision to invest in your growth through our coaching, consulting, courses, and events.

Because many of our services are digital, time-based, or access exclusive coaching and intellectual content, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Coaching Services (One-on-One or Group Coaching)

All coaching sessions—whether single sessions or part of a multi-session package—require advance scheduling and preparation.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed coaching sessions.

  • If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited and non-refundable, unless otherwise approved.

  • If you purchase a multi-session package and wish to discontinue after starting, a partial refund may be considered for unused sessions, less a 10% administrative fee, provided no materials or bonuses were accessed.

 

2. Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, Masterclasses, and Assessments)

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to proprietary resources:

  • All digital products and downloads are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing content, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. Contact us at [Insert Email] for support.

 

3. Online Programs & Group Trainings

For online courses, group mentorship programs, and masterclasses:

  • We offer a 3-day grace period from the date of purchase to request a refund if less than 10% of the content has been accessed or viewed.

  • After this period, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in a program-specific agreement.

  • In the rare event that Destiny Connections cancels a course or event, a full refund will be issued, or a credit will be applied to future services.

 

4. Live Events, Retreats, and Speaking Engagements

If you register for a live in-person or virtual event:

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual with prior written notice.

  • For events postponed or canceled by Destiny Connections, you may choose a full refund or apply your credit to a future event.

 

5. Customized Consulting and Strategy Services

Custom packages for businesses, ministries, or leadership teams are bound by service agreements:

  • Refunds will not be issued for hours already rendered, work already delivered, or preparation already completed.

  • If services are paused or canceled by the client, any eligible refund for unused services will be determined based on the terms of the written agreement signed at the start of engagement.
